Jami is the Logistics Coordinator for the Polar STEAM initiative at the STEM Research Center. She has a B.S. in Biology from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt and a M.S. in Marine Science from the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. Before coming to the center, Jami spent 14 years participating in and coordinating oceanographic research involving small boats, scientific SCUBA diving, tall ships, and large research vessels. Jami enjoys building connections and helping others partake, understand, and find inspiration in science.
